Dear Dancer,

Here’s how Pablo has been spending his afternoons recently.

Making some matte with the Yerba his mum sends him from Argentina.

Sitting down at his computer…

And speaking with many of you on zoom.

Pretty cool, right?

He’s been doing a series of one-to-one online sessions for our students registered to the Intensive Tango Weekend in Paris in May 2022 (we do that to help you prepare for it!)

And one thing he’s noticed is that he’s correcting the same thing over and over again, for students across the globe:

You sometimes run out of ideas when you don’t have much space in milongas.

Especially when you’re in a corner and you need to change directions…

There’s one movement you seem to be using a lot by default…

…and we want to give you more possibilities so that your dancing is more fluid and creative.

Click on this video to learn:

  • the one movement most tango dancers fall back on when changing directions and why it doesn’t always work with the music (+ what to do instead)
  • How to change directions in a melodic way so you can truly express yourself
  • The easiest way to keep moving forward when you’re at the corner of the dance floor

We hope it helps.

Thank you so much for watching!

Keep learning, and keep sharing your dancing, because the world of tango needs your embrace.

Much love,

Pablo & Anne
